Wilberry is now operating with a skeleton staff three days a week. Social distancing measures and PPE are being used by all staff members on our premises in order to protect both our employees and our customers. We are despatching pre-paid orders on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. We regret that at this time we are unable to despatch any orders on account, therefore all orders must be paid for in full.

Dear valued buyer,

In light of the global situation surrounding the coronavirus (Covid-19) and the latest updates from the UK Government, Wilberry has taken the difficult decision to temporarily suspend the distribution of our/(it’s) puppets and soft toys until further notice, effective from 24th March. These are unprecedented times and our first priority is to ensure the health and wellbeing of our employees, clients and service providers around the globe.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our customers for their loyal support over the years, and to all our dedicated staff who continue to be incredibly supportive of The Puppet Company. We are continuing to closely monitor the situation as it develops, taking all necessary precautions to ensure our clients and employees are protected in line with the government guidelines.

Business continuity plans are in place in order to protect our people including working remotely through secure remote access where possible. However, as the nature of our business involves the shipping and handling of goods, we have had to temporarily place a hold on dispatching. As a business, we are committed to working together with the country to stop the spread of the coronavirus. As part of our commitment to our clients, our employees are still able to take orders which will be processed and despatched as soon as it is permissible for us to do so.

We would like to reassure all our customers that you have our full support during this time and look forward to continuing to provide you with our services.

We will of course be in touch as soon as we are able to start dispatching orders again.
